Terms of service

Last updated October 29, 2026

Waystone is made by Uppercase Labs (“we”). These terms are the deal between you and us. By using Waystone you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions? Email support@waystonework.com.

Your account

Waystone is invite only. You need to be at least 13 to use it. Keep access to your email and your sign-in safe, because anyone who has them can get into your account. You are responsible for what happens in it. If you think someone got in, email us right away.

Your stuff is yours

You own everything you put into Waystone. You give us permission to store it, copy it, and show it to you and the people in your spaces. We need that to run the app. That is all we use it for.

A space belongs to its team. Admins in a space can see and change what is in it, and invite and remove people.

Using it fairly

Please do not:

  • Break the law with it, or help anyone else do that.
  • Put in anything you do not have the right to share.
  • Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Attack, overload, or try to break Waystone.
  • Copy, resell, or rebuild Waystone without our OK.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

Our part

We work hard to keep Waystone running and your data safe. But we provide it as is. We cannot promise it will always be up, have no bugs, or fit every need. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limits on what we owe

As far as the law allows, Waystone is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect harm from using it. If we are liable for anything, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or $100, whichever is more.

Changes and ending

We may change Waystone or these terms. If a change to the terms is big, we will email you first. Using Waystone after a change means you accept it.

You can stop at any time. Delete your account from your account page, or email us and we will do it for you. We may close accounts that break these terms, or shut Waystone down. If we shut it down, we will give you notice and a chance to get your data out first.

The law

The laws of Texas govern these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts in Texas. If a court throws out part of these terms, the rest still stand.

Privacy

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
